Field Technician with 1 to 2 years of experience supervising Geotechnical / Environmental drilling (person with lesser experience may also be considered; on-site training and mentorship will be provided). Lab Technician will be involved in conducting field and laboratory work including: Concrete and Asphalt coring, Concrete Compressive Strength Testing (CSA Category 2), Asphalt Testing (CCIL Type A and B), Aggregate Testing (CCIL Type C and D) as well as Soils Testing (grain size, atterberg limits, sample prep, water contents, etc). Geotechnical Engineer, must have or be eligible for PEO licensing, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of geotechnical consulting experience in Ontario. Work will include conducting site investigations, engineering analysis, and preparation of geotechnical reports for land development, buildings, transportation and infrastructure, earth retaining structures, slope stability.
