Geotechnical
The geotechnical division provides extensive range of services from subsurface investigations to detailed designs for slope stabilization and retaining structures. Some salient services offered include:
- Subsurface investigations and terrain analysis by borings, test pits,
- geophysics, tomography and air photo interpretation for land development
- geotechnical design of buildings, roads, runways;
- Highrise, midrise and lowrise buildings, institutional, commercial and residential developments, subdivisions, dams, stormwater management ponds, and trails
- Slope stability and streambank erosion risk assessment; slope stabilization/remediation
- Design of retaining structures, foundation underpinning and engineered fill
- Instrumentation & monitoring for slopes, tunnels, shoring, structures; settlement monitoring of weak compressible soils;
- Expert consultation, review and testimony before municipal and conservation authority boards and environmental tribunal;
- Geotechnical laboratory and field testing

Environmental
The environmental division provides services in a variety of sectors and fields including:
- Phase One Environmental Site Assessments (Phase One ESA)
- Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments (Phase Two ESA)

- Risk Assessments and Risk Management Plans
- Peer Review and Expert Witness services
- Designated Substance Survey (DSS) & Hazardous Material Assessment

Hydrogeology
Terraprobe provides hydrogeological assessments and services in a variety of sectors and fields including:
- Urban Hydrogeological Study and Dewatering Assessment
- Rural Hydrogeological Investigations and Source Water Impact Assessment and Mitigation Plan
- Source Water Impact Assessment and Mitigation Plan for Wellhead Protections Areas

Inspection & Testing
The Testing and Inspection Division provides services in the implementation and review of geotechnical and geostructural designs; and general construction inspections and materials testing including:
- Fully certified soil and aggregate testing laboratories, concrete laboratory certified to CSA Level 1 criteria in accordance to CSA A283, and asphalt laboratories certified by CCIL (Canadian Council of Independent Laboratories) Categories A, B, C, and D. Terraprobe is a CNSC (Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission) licensed operator of appropriate nuclear density gauges
- Conventional and specialized testing tools and knowledge to carry out fieldwork and laboratory testing as required
- Geotechnical Field review for Buildings, Earthworks, Roadways and Parking Lots, Retaining Walls and Slope Restoration
- Field and Laboratory Testing for soil, aggregate, asphalt, concrete, grout, mortar
- Foundations & bearing capacity; footings, caissons, piles
