Terraprobe is continually working to make its web content and resources accessible, and to extend our inclusiveness efforts online.  We believe that our visitors should have a choice on how they view our content, and are committed to providing a website that takes into account leading web accessibility practices.

Terraprobe.ca has been developed in line with the W3C / WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.  We have considered these guidelines with our web consultant who has conducted a series of evaluations at relevant checkpoints. These findings have been incorporated into the development of our website.

Help us improve accessibility at Terraprobe

Terraprobe provides clients with the opportunity to give feedback on the service(s) provided to clients with disabilities. Client feedback will help identify barriers and respond to concerns. Terraprobe will make ensure the feedback process is accessible to people with disabilities by providing or arranging for accessible formats and communication supports, on request.

Clients who wish to provide feedback onsite, in writing or verbally, can do so to any Terraprobe employee. 

Clients who provide formal feedback will receive acknowledgement of their feedback, along with any resulting actions based on concerns or complaints that were submitted.
